- great location, right in St Katherine Docks
- 12 minute walk from Tower Hill / Tower Gateway, 15 minute walk from Wapping tube station
- Easy access to Waitrose and Tesco
- Landlord doesn't allow parties in the flat (we have some very old neighbours), but socializing, having friends over for dinner, drinks etc is fine
- rent includes internet + TV (full Sky package), but does not include water, electricity, gas or council tax. They work out to ~30 per week, per person
