Large, bright double bedroom in clean modern flat just off Broadway Market sharing with a cool couple, 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube (Central Line) and 10 minute walk to Hoxton (East London Overground).

We are a professional couple (31M and 34F) who both work as Client Directors in the design industry. We’re looking for someone to rent the spare room Monday - Friday to replace the current flatmate who is moving in with her partner at the end of May.

It's an ideal flat for a commuter, it’s a relaxed environment, quiet during the week, the flat itself has great amenities so everything you need is here. We can provide clean towels and bed linen on a weekly basis should you prefer not to have to bring your own. We’re both very considerate and are looking to share with someone who is like minded and wants a great place to use as a London base.

The flat is on the first floor of a modern build with good facilities and furnishings. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen, complete with dining area and table. The kitchen has a gas cooker, good oven, and good washing machine. We have a balcony running across the full length of the lounge so having outside space is a real advantage in the summer.

The landing area is spacious and leads through to x3 bedrooms at the rear of the flat. We have two bedrooms between us - the largest and the smallest, the available bedroom is marginally smaller than the largest. There is one shared bathroom with a good shower/bath.

The room available is large (2.7m x 4.8m), has a double bed and chest of drawers, TV ariel point and space for more furniture if needed. If you have your own bedroom furniture we can arrange for the current furniture to be removed.

The flat is very clean and we make sure we leave surfaces and the kitchen/bathroom as we find them. We have a cleaner once every two weeks. We have rented this space for approx 6 years with different friends/flatmates so do our best to make sure its a nice place to live.

There are three Boris bike stations minutes away, and good bus routes (Oxford Street, Waterloo, London Bridge, Liverpool St, Angel, Dalston).

The flat is seconds away from Broadway Market, and close to Londonfields and Columbia Road. It’s a lively/buzzy area but not noisey. The local area has a great selection of restaurants, bars and things to do.

All bills are included in the price and this covers the cleaner, broadband, water, power and council tax. We organise all bills, shared items for cleaning for the bathroom and kitchen so they are always to hand.

The property is rented through a private landlady, they have requested that anyone living in the property must sign a contract. You'll be required to sign up to a 6 month (min) contract with a deposit of £900 all through a lettings agency. They require an admin fee of £120 and a credit check fee of £60 to organise contracts.
