Short term sublet-double room near Broadway Market

Hello!

We are looking for someone to take one of the double rooms in our lovely flat near Broadway Market.

It is a six month sublet, and ideally we would want someone for at least six months, but we are flexible.

A little bit about the flat:
It is a very modern flatshare at the end of Cambridge Heath Road, just on the canal.

The flat is literally 10' and 15' walk from Bethnal Green tube station and Hackney Central Overground station respectively. There are also plenty of buses in the area. Cambridge Heath Station trains will also take you to Liverpool St in 5 minutes!

The flat is spacious, with wooden floors and great views to Regent's canal, very close to Broadway Market and Victoria Park.

There is a secured bicycle storage within the development.

The living room is pretty big, with windows facing both East and West, exposed beams and an open plan kitchen with all the appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...).

We also have a lovely lady, Janeth, coming to clean the house once a week.

Bills are not included in the rent.

The room is a fairly decent size double bedroom, with nice light and double-glazed windows.. It comes furnished (bedframe, amazing mattress, vanity, mirror, nightstand) with a built-in closet.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person, as the other room has an en-suite.

And now a little bit about us:

We are three female professionals in our mid thirties. Isabel, an architect, and Helen, an assistant professor (whose room is being subletted as she is moving to Leeds to start a new job), and Roxana, also a researcher. We are all easy going, hard working and interested in design, music, food, yoga..

We work long hours and keep a busy life outside the house. We are ideally looking for a female flatmate around the same age, professional, social and laid back, with the fair sense of tidiness and up for sharing flat, not just renting a room. Also, good taste in music highly appreciated ;)
