About us:
We are a professional couple who have moved over recently from Sydney, Australia. We aren’t terribly ‘couply’ and would love to find a flatmate who is as social as we are. Whilst we don’t want to live out of one another pockets, we do want to share our home with someone we can share a drink or dinner with occasionally. We like music, theatre, cocktails and cooking. Long walks on the beach are optional.
My background is in marketing (I worked for Sony but was made redundant, hence the life change) and Ben worked in sales for Dyson.
We don’t really watch much TV but we enjoy watching the occasional show or movie. Currently into Game of Thrones and House of Cards.

About you:
You can be male or female, gay or straight, old or young. You’ll ideally be a professional who works full time and are looking for a home rather than just a bed. You will hopefully be fun and sociable as well as clean and tidy. This won’t be a party house, but we will occasionally have guests over, as should you, and would like to share in the fun. You’re welcome to have guests stay.

Please disregard all the furniture in the photos, we will be refurnishing from scratch. A bed can be provided for your room or you can supply your own.

Anyone who’s been looking for a while will know this is where it’s at. Trust us, we looked at over 40 flats before we found this one. The move in date is 2nd June.

Rent is £300 per week, which includes council tax and high speed unlimited internet. Other bills are on top of this (gas, electricity and water) and will be split 3 ways. We’re not really interested in getting a TV unless you are. We have a server full of movies, TV shows and music videos.
