Bright Double Room in Bethnal Green (all included)

A double room is available from the 30th of April in our beautiful and cosy flat located next to Hackney Farm.

The room is very spacious and bright (bigger than your average double room) with laminate flooring and white neutral décor and furniture. It has windows on both sides and could be separated in day and night living spaces.
It has a double bed, with a pretty new mattress, spacious desk with office chair, wall wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. Mind you, the old school wooden cabinet under the window will be removed as it's our flatmate's and will be replaced with the desk we have.

The flat (3 bedrooms) is over 3 floors, has a kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, freezers, cooker, oven, etc.), a dining room, balcony, bathroom with power shower and a separate toilet.
If you’re an avid cyclist like we are, there is also space for 1 bike.

We are looking for a friendly student/professional, with good cleaning standard, that respects other people timetable, space and tranquility, but at the same time is up for a chat and sharing a drink, meal, and hopefully will become part of the family.
We are not 24hrs party animals…not anymore, unfortunately, therefore we are looking for someone a bit more on the chilled side. We try to have a pretty healthy lifestyle, doing yoga/pilates, love food, music, and art, and the occasional night out. We are open minded and open to diversity.

NO smoking indoor (but you can smoke on the balcony).
No short let I am afraid (minimum 6 months stay necessary).
Unfortunately No DSS, No Council Tax Discount (Student).

You will be sharing with 1 female professional working in Art, 1 female professional working in event management, and 1 male professional working in Music/Sound, all between 30 to 36 years old.
It would be easier if your moving date is on the 28th of April, otherwise we can work something out

The rent is £155 per week, £670 pcm (a month), and 4 weeks deposit (£670) is required when securing the room, and 1 month in advance (£670) is required when entering the place.

The flat is located in a well-connected spot, with busses 26,48,55, N26, N55 stopping just next to the building. Only 8 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube station (central line), 5 minutes to Cambridge Heath train station (mainland rail), and 8 minutes to Hoxton Station On the Overground.

The area has a very good vibe over the weekends with Columbia Road Flower market and Hackney farm just a few minutes walk, Broadway Market and London Fields only 10 minutes away, and 15 minutes to Shoreditch nightlife.
