Room available in E3, opposite Victoria Park!

We have one room available in a 3 bed flat in a gated complex right on the canal. It's right across from Victoria Park. You will share the flat with 2 girls (French and American).

The room is between a single and double size. The bed is just a few inches short of a double, but isn't a single. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. It would suit someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff as there isn't a lot of space. This room is for one person only (no couple please).

This person would share a bathroom with one other flatmate as the third bedroom in the flat has an ensuite.

Rent for this room is 575 per month plus bills (wifi, council tax, water and electric).

The flat is managed by an agency, not a private landlord. There is a one off agency fee of 250 pounds to sign the contract.

The flat is in a great location right opposite Victoria Park. Mile end station 15 minute walk, Bethnal Green station a 10-15 minute walk. Number 8 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away which takes you past Brick Lane, Liverpool Street and to Oxford Circus.

The room would suit easy going young professional. Someone who is respectful, clean and calm.

There's no living room in the flat.

The contract starts from September 5th, though a sooner move in date could potentially be negotiated.
