We also have a good sized balcony with access from the living area and two large storage cupboards, drying room. There is a communal hot water/heating system ensuring budget/environmentally friendly living standards . There is also a modern intercom system for extra security. Rent will be including most of the bills incl, internet, council tax, water etc
Last viewing will be on Friday the 19th.

Location/area:
In a superb location for transport, Devons Road DLR station is a 5-6 minute walk providing quick access to Canary Wharf and also Stratford area. There is also a nearby bus stop for a 3-4 minute bus ride to Mile End Underground station (or an approx 10-15 minute walk). Local amenities are close by, with a Nisa Local 30 seconds walk away and a Tesco express & Lidl within comfortable walking distance. Just about 2 minutes to Limehouse Link if you like to go for a walk/run. Flat is overlooking a park/playground which is perfect to have a few drinks at with friends, enjoy the sun and not to worry about finding public toilet

About you:
Really would like to share with a friendly, respectful, reliable, responsible, easy going, tidy, would treat the flat as their home not just somewhere to crash. Would love it if you also like finding reasons to have a celebratory drink or have a drink after a bad day at work etc, if not that's fine too as long as you are friendly and respectful

Flatmates:
You will be sharing with a friendly, professional young couple (Jamie, Yonca) who are respectful, tidy, sometimes work long hours (sometimes incl weekends) who loves to cook, relax, go to gym, go out for drinks... well just like other normal people really :) Jamie works for a bank and Yonca (me) work for a commodity company in Oxford circus....
