Dbl room in lovely house. Garden access to canal

We have a furnished double room available in our lovely 3 bed house in a quite area opposite Victoria Park. You'd be sharing with two guys, so ideally we'd prefer a girl to join our house to keep a balance.

The House:
It's a lovely 2-storey house in a quite residential area, minutes away from Roman Road Market, our garden is right at the Hertfordshire canal and Victoria Park (South East side) is right opposite.

A fully-equipped kitchen and large living room are located on the ground floor and give access to our BBQ garden and access to a private green jetty right at the Hertfordshire/Regents canal. Perfect for summer BBQs and drinks.

The shared modern bathroom is on the first floor and has a shower/bathtub and large glass mirror cabinet.

The Room:
Your room is on the 2nd (top) floor, has two south-facing windows and further benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. A double bed and extra wardrobe can stay if you wish to keep them.
The picture doesn't do the room justice, the current flatmate is moving out and there's loads of stuff strewn across. We hope to update the picture soon.

The Area:
Loads of lovely and cool pubs, cafes, restaurants are just a stone throw away. We particularly like the Counter Cafe and Crate Brewery amongst many more.

Commuting:
We prefer to cycle. One of us works in Angel and the journey on the bike along the canal takes only 25 minutes.

Hackney Wick overground is a less than 10 minute walk. Several Boris-bike points are also just around the corner. Busses to Central London stop right outside the house and a night bus stops less than 5 minutes from us.

A bit about us, your flatmates:
We work in music marketing and finance. One of us moved into the house in April, the other has literally just joined, so you would move into a fairly new flat share.

We're both quite, tidy and respect the others in the house. During the week we're busy but always love a chat and the odd vino. We both love food/cooking and watching a good movie.
