Fantastic Large Double Room in Omega Works

Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate to live in a fantastic flat in Omega Works, Hackney Wick. It is a large double room in a fully furnished flat with it's own bathroom (not en-suite but right next door).

The flat has amazing views over the Olympic Park with a new canal side park opening soon. It is 7min walk to Hackney Wick Station and Westfield Stratford is a 15min walk across the park.

My current flatmate is moving out to work in South Africa for the next few years. The flat is owned by a friend of mine who has moved to China. He has left behind a great place that feels like a home, not just a flat share.

I'm a 31 year old design technologist for a projection and production company in town. Basically we project things on buildings and I look after R&D and the technology involved in making it all happen.

Outside of work I love my sport, in particular cycling, sailing, running, triathlons and adventure racing. There is space in the flat for nice bikes and a place to lock commuting bikes in the stairwell.

I'm very much looking for someone in a similar position around my age.

The flat is served by a lift with 24/7 security and concierge service for parcels etc. A cleaner goes over the flat once a fortnight.

Bills will be in region of £100-£120 a month depending on quarterly items like water. The flat has BT infinity broadband and freesat TV.
