Big room in great house right near victoria park!

Hi lovely people of London.

We are renting out the large master bedroom of our gorgeous house on Roman Road. The bedroom is downstairs and would be suitable for a couple.

The house has a lovely light and spacious living room, a big kitchen with a dining table, great garden and two bathrooms.

There's loads of light throughout the house and it's right next to Victoria Park and Victoria Park Village. Plus Mile End station is 10 minutes away and the Number 8 bus stops right outside the house.

A bit about us:
Nikki and Kate work in journalism, so always have lots of fun information and are usually available for a drink on a weekday evening.

Caitriona and Maz are freelance stylist and set designers so can be found hanging out in the house perfecting Londons finest brunch at midday, then usually go missing for 4-5 days and reappear on the sofa looking frazzled once work is over.

We think the room would be suitable for a couple. This would make six people in total in the house - which is great, as there's lots of social space and we want this to be a homely home.

We intend to live here for at least the next few years (it's a 12 month contract) so we are looking for the perfect housemates who will fit into our group and become friends, not just lodgers.

Due to the nature of our jobs, half of us are 9-5 and half are freelance, we would welcome just about anyone. Although if you're a firey couple into fighting and make-up sex, this isn't the place for you. Again, if you're the kind of person who'll play terrible techno music at 3am, you can also jog on.

So there you go... If you're chilled, happy people looking to live in a fun house in a great location, with four girls who get on really well and spend their weekends partying and aren't adverse to a house party every few months hit us up!
