The flat is in the amazing new built Wick lane wharf - 419 wick lane.

The building is in between Bow and hackney wick. It's just opposite the Olympic stadium/park.

5 minutes walk to Victoria park, and 30 minute walk to Stratford

Walking distance to:- Hackney Wick (Overground)- Bow Road (H&C/District)
- Bow Church (DLR)- Mile End (Central)

Buses: 8, 25, 26, 205

There is concierge during working hours which manage building for maintenance too.

The flat is on the ground floor, has a bright and spacious living area and kitchen.
It's a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms so pretty much a private bathroom for each room.

it has a large balcony overlooking the canal and it is accessible from each room. Underground parking (at additional cost).

The room is à‚ÂÂÂ £750 + bills per month.

I am moving in in October as well so I don't know yet how much the bills will be.
