Double Room in Beautiful Penthouse: Omega Works

We have a double room available in our beautiful penthouse apartment in the wonderful Omega Works.

Our apartment is less about 7 minutes walk to Hackney Wick station. The area is fantastic with the best beer and pizza only 5 minutes away. Plenty of cafes and bars around too. There are lots of warehouses and artists studios so it is really great, peaceful area to live. Victoria park is a 5 minute walk down the canal - perfect for all those jogger enthusiasts.

The apartment is absolutely MASSIVE - we have 4 couches in our living room!! There is a lovely new kitchen, everything is ultra modern and we have all necessary kitchen ware. Each room in the apartment is connected to one of our 2 huge balconies - some of the biggest in the entire complex.
Great for all those summer BBQ's we plan on having (in 6 months!!)

So the room. It comes with a double bed, locker, drawers, wardrobe - everything you need to move in. Also can be taken out if you have your own things.
You will be sharing the huge main bathroom with just one other person - the lovely Andy.

The room will be available at the end of the month and your name will go on the lease with 3 of us. This is for 1 year. There will be a once off £100 to be paid for agency fee's too to sign the new lease.

The bills are roughly £100 a month also but obviously differ a little from month to month. Nothing too drastic though.

We are looking for a professional to join us in our lovely, chilled out home. It would be nice if we all liked to hang out from time to time.

As for the three of us: we all work full during the week, and like to relax here at the weekend. Quite laid back and chilled out really. We are an Irish couple and Andy is English.
