The furnished double room is light, and airy with a double bed and mattress, side table, and lots of storage space with 1 single and 2 large double wardrobes.

I have a busy life and am out a lot in the evenings after work so this is likely to suit someone who wants a nice, peaceful place to stay, likes to keep their space clean, is sociable, as am I, but at the same time equally respectful of the other person’s space.

The flat is in an excellent location in a really safe part of Hackney, has no parking restrictions outside and is:
•10 mins by bus from Manor House/Seven Sisters Underground Stations
•15 min walk to Clapton Rail Station with trains to London Liverpool Street in approx 12 minutes
•Less than a 2 minute walk to Springfield Park - one of East London's most beautiful open spaces with canal access to Hackney Marshes/Lea Valley
•Within walking/cycling distance of Stoke Newington Church Street - known for lots of great places to eat
