Clapton/Stoke Newington E5, 2 Bed Flat share £550

I am looking for a new flatmate to share the two bed flat I rent in Clapton. The room is £550 for just Mon-Fri or £600 for the whole week, inclusive of all bills. It's currently furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe, but I could move any or all these items if necessary. You'd have use of the shared living room (see photo) and obviously kitchen and bathroom, plus there is a nice sun trap back yard/garden.
Transport links are very good from here (10 mins into Liverpool St on the train, 40 mins to Central London via bus/tube) and the flat is 10 minutes walk from Stoke Newington Church Street.

I'm female, 38, and work in advertising for theatre and live entertainment. I work in Central London and bike in every day. I'm often out in the evenings, so you'd have the place to yourself quite a lot. I'm a musician (play drums in a band - not in the flat though) and I'm into opera, ballet, theatre, reading, radio 4 and 6, food and the outdoors. Ideally seeking a friendly, tidy and relaxed person who's happy to have a glass of wine or dinner together if our schedules coincide but doesn't mind if they don't.
