1 Double Room Near Stratford 1 Month Short Stay

One nice brand new refurbished double room near Stratford for rent! Our current flatmate has to leave for personal reasons and so we are looking for someone to rent the room she was in.

The rent is £500pcm with ALL bills included (high speed internet)

We have the buses 25 and 86 which are both 24 hour buses - very convenient! Also the overground station Woodgrange Park is a 5 minute walk away, Manor Park national rail station is a 10 minute walk away and East Ham station on the circle and district line is a 15 minute walk away. There are also direct buses to Beckton 6 minutes away from the house - the buses take 25 minutes to get to Beckton Asda.

We also have a local Tesco's a 5 minute walk from the flat which is open until midnight :)

Currently there are 2 people living here which includes me and my best friend Cindy.

We are looking for someone who is really chilled, independent, easy going, honest, dependable, friendly, and approachable.
