Double room in Shoreditch for sublet (May-Sept)
I am subletting my bedroom in a 3 br apt located in Shoreditch.
Preferably someone who could take my place the entire time while I'm away from May 14 to end of September. Please note that my furniture and some of my personal belongings will be in the room.
It's around 8 min walk to both Liverpool street station and Old street station. Super convenient with Tesco Metro at Liverpool st station and close to everything you need near by.
24 hours busses just around the corner.
Room is furnished with bed, desk, chair and clothing rail. Washer in kitchen.
Looking for someone clean, tidy and responsible. :)
Bills included. You're also responsible to chip in a tenner for our cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks to clean the apartment.
