Double room to rent in Shoreditch for £830

The room available is the top of the house with a full length of the room balcony with floor to ceiling windows. The room has no en-suite but shares a bathroom with 1 person only. The rent is £830 per month not including bills. Bills come in at ~£100-£130pcm

There are three rooms in the house so, if you were to take the room, you would be sharing with myself and my flat mate. The living/kitchen area is not very big but has 2 sofas, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

My flat mate works in investment banking and I work in financial service as well. We're both in our early thirties and have lived together for a year. We both work long hours and live so central that tend to only go home for R&R! We both like the odd glass of vino or trip to the cinema/theatre.

We're pretty easy going and are looking for a considerate, clean and responsible house-mate.

It is a development just off Curtain road and Great Eastern street, so right in the thick of Shoreditch and equidistant to Liverpool street, Shoreditch High Street and Old Street station. We have a concierge that lives on-site and a daytime development/office manager that deals with all the logistics of the development.

The room is available from the 5th April. But this is negotiable.
