Internet access, TV and washing machine plus small garden. 7 minutes walk from Finsbury Park tube and railway stations as well as various buses stopping at the end of the road. The living room has a piano (Barratt & Robinson)has just been tuned, also a full sized projector screen if you like to watch films in full size.
About you: Friendly, easy going person (non smoker) working male or female easy going, friendly, tidy, sociable, reliable and honest and not afraid to pick up a hoover. Also must be able to drink like a fish at weekends only joking...(we all have a sense of humour).
