Monday To Friday Only But I Am Rarely Here

Location:
I have a quiet and comfortable two bedroom flat to share. I am only here about 6 to 8 weeks a year so it is a VERY GOOD DEAL. You pay for a room and share fuel costs pro rata but enjoy having the flat to yourself much of the time. It is in a 1930's mansion block 5 minutes walk from Euston and 7 minutes from St Pancras. Close to the joys of Camden, Primrose Hill and Regents Park it is a great place to live.

Sharing with:
Me occasionally....... I live in a glorious part of North Wales and come to London in most months for a few days to visit my family, and to soak up some concerts and exhibitions.

Usage:
The arrangement of sharing with someone for whom the flat is also not a full time home has worked well, which is why I have ticked Monday to Friday, but that is flexible and odd weekends, partners and kids visiting etc are not barred.

Accommodation:
You will have a spacious sunny bedroom (see photos) and use of the flat, which has all the necessary machinery and gadgets, tv/Freeview, wireless broadband. There is a modern bathroom, with a great shower, and a kitchen equipped with all you need for dinner for six. The bedroom is equipped with linen, towels, iron, and board. All you need is your food and clothes.

My Usage:
My normal pattern is to come midweek, see the family over the weekend and go home. I don't come every month, or much in summer as my family come to Wales.

Costs:
The rent is £800per calendar month.
This includes:
council tax
water rates
tv license
line rental and broadband.
We then share the gas and electricity bills pro rata based on how many nights we have been there each quarter.
Your only other cost would be that my insurance does not cover any tenants belongings.

What I need:
I would like someone I can trust, who is able to keep the flat as clean and tidy as you find it. If you are also a pleasure to talk to when we are there together that is a bonus. I don't allow anyone to smoke in my home, not even visitors.
