Double ensuite room available in Primrose Hill

Hi We have a double room available to rent in a lovely three bedroom 2 floor flat from April 29th (negotiable). It’s a beautiful flat in a great area, located on Gloucester Avenue, we are a moment’s walk from Primrose Hill, Chalk Farm, Camden & Regents Park. There are so many great pubs, restaurants, markets and shops to keep residents entertained.

The flat is arranged over the second and third floors. Our patio is large enough to entertain a group of friends over a BBQ and drinks while you enjoy the views over Camden and the Roundhouse. On the second floor is the shared living space. Our living room is spacious, comfortable with lots of natural light. It is furnished with two sofa’s, tv, table chairs etc. The kitchen is large, fully provisioned with plenty of storage and surface space, there is a dining table
which fits six. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the third floor. As mentioned the room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath. The double room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobes, a bookcase and a chest of drawers. I don't think the photos do the room justice, it is quite a big room and there is lots of storage.

We have Virgin TV, fast broadband and a cleaner who visits for 2 hours every second week to help keep the flat clean and tidy.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, professional non-smoker. You’ll be sharing with two housemates, one Australian male whose a graphic designer and an English female school teacher not to mention friendly and easy going.
