Looking to rent in a 5 bedroom house in central London. The location cannot get much better; 5 minute walk to Euston station, Great Portland Street Station, Warren Street Station and Euston Square station, providing direct transport links to virtually anywhere in London. The house is part of Regent's Park estate providing a sense of community in the centre of Bloomsbury, Camden, Fitzrovia and Oxford Circus. For namesake, you are a 5 minute walk from Regent's park, providing access to that sacred green space in the centre of London.

It't not just the location that is great, the room is great too. The room is huge; contains a double bed, a desk and a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. All furniture will be available.

The room would be great for students or for young professionals. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other people in the house, but again there is plenty of storage space. We are both involved with lots of extracurricular activities, so the house never feels to cramped. However we do like to go out clubbing every once in a while, and hang out and watch movies together. So ideally any new tenants would also be quite social characters.

As there is no need for a new tenancy agreement, you'd be saving on a lot of costs. There's a security deposit of £884, however the payment of that can be arranged between you and the existing tenant that will be vacating the property.
