The flat is comfy. Recently updated bathroom, separate toilet, and the large eat-in kitchen makes up for not having a living room. Good landlord.

Living with two other professional females, one Irish, one German. Both relaxed and friendly. Looking for a non-smoking professional.

Power, gas and water included in the rent. Council tax £32. 60 per month, internet/phone about £7 each.
