Massive Double room in Kentish Town -Single/Couple
Hi,
We have a massive double bedroom to rent in our maisonette near Kentish town West, and we are looking for a couple to rent it. (single people that can afford to pay 966 a month + bills are also welcome!)
The bedroom is pretty big (hence the price), it has two chests of drawers, two big built in wardrobes and mirrors however the couple moving out is taking their bed with them; if you need one please let me know and i'll ask the landlord to get a double one. (Sorry for the pictures of the bedroom, it looks quite messy as the guys are packing)
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
The bills (Electricity, gaz, TV, internet, cleaning lady) come up to 400£ a month, so that'd be 100£ per person.
We are two young French professional, 1 man, 1 woman and we are looking for a nice and decent couple, up for living with other people. We socialize together but also need and respect one's private life.
Again If you are single this is not an issue.
The room is available as from Today.
No students sorry.
