Hi,

The room is available Monday to Friday only. It is a single room and parking space which would be ideal for a female professional who would like a base in London during the week and needs to travel back to their residence over the weekend.

The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the ground floor. Its location is ideal for drivers as it is 5 mins from the A406 and the M1.

The closest train station is Cricklewood (Zone 3), 7-10 mins by foot, which takes 15 mins to get to Kings Cross St Pancras. The tube, Jubilee line (Zone 2), is a short bus ride away from a bus stop that is 3 mins away.

Local amenities include a Virgin Active gym, Brent Cross and a 24hr corner shop near by.

Clean linen will be provided for the room on a weekly basis if you would like.

The kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room would be shared with myself. I am a tidy and quiet person, I work in the city and I have a bit of a regular routine. I also bake often so you would have to be tolerant of all the cookies, cakes and bake smells coming out of the kitchen and and therefore cannot be averse to being my food guinea pig!!
