Big Double in a Wonderful House Share in Hendon

Hi. We’re looking for a girl to move in to our lovely house in Hendon. Rent is £450 per month, and bills are approx £70. It’s a good sized double room on the 1st floor overlooking the back garden, with a built in wardrobe, plenty of storage and room for a desk.

The room is in a large modern semi-detached house with a big kitchen, dishwasher, separate lounge, 2 bathrooms, and a large garden. The house also has it’s own off street parking, which could be useful if you drive.

You’ll be sharing with 4 others: 3 professionals and a mature student, all male in our mid 20's. All very friendly, social, open minded, clean and respectful. It's a great dynamic, and it’s important that we find someone who will fit in.

The house is a 15 minute walk from Hendon Central (Northern Line) which has excellent links to central london (25mins), and the N5 night bus to Trafalgar Square will drop you 7 minutes from the house.

All the usual amenities nearby, including a tesco, plenty of shops, cafes, a library, and lots of green space.
