We're looking for a young professional individual (or couple) to join a bright and spacious flat on Cricklewood Lane available from end of July / beginning of August. The flat is spread over four floors with the room at the top of the house on offer.

The flat has a large lounge area, perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day and one large bathroom and 2nd toilet. The flat was refurbished last year and so everything is still really nice. The Landlord is private and very quick at coming over and fixing things. The room is a quiet attic room on the top floor. Double bed included, cupboard, drawer can be bought from the leaving housemate for a small fee.

Matt (25), Rob (27) and Roland (30) work in PR and sports coaching. We're young, international professionals, tidy and respectful around the house and are looking for a similar person to join the flat. Our current flatmate (and good friend!) is leaving to move back to Brussels.

The Location: The flat is well connected, with regular buses to central London just 2 mins walk away. Its also only a 10 minutes to Finchley Road with a large Sainsburys, VUE cinema and access to the Jubilee & Metropolitan Lines; Golders Green (Northern Line) 10 mins, or West Hampstead (overground) 10 mins where there are lots of nice bars. Our street is quiet and we have some friendly cafes, corner shops, take-away places, hair dressers etc.

Rent: £650 + £50 bills (each) = £700 p/m
Deposit: £930
Contract: 1 year with 5 months break clause.
Just a few requests from the Landlord: no pets, non-smoker. Proof of employment/reference will be required for landlord.
