Large house with great grassy garden and pond in Zone 2 - West Hampstead with excellent transport.

3 toilets , 2 of which are bathrooms, Large country style kitchen, very large shared lounge area, big quiet garden, ideal for relaxation and BBQ's, and house has shared TV / Wifi / DVD / BBQ / Outdoor table and chairs.

Room available is furnished with new single bed coming and re paint in progress has good light, storage cupboards and choice of desks and other furniture

Buses 328 / 13 / 113 / 82 / C11 Trains (via 15 min walk or bus) Thameslink and overground : North London Line. Tube stations (via 15 minute walk or bus) Jubilee / Metropolitan and Northern Line : West Hampstead / Finchley Road / Golders Green.

Not for short lets, at the very least a year minimum tennency. Would suit chilled out creatives over 25 and in employment . . No couples or DSS . Landlady would want to see references.

450 + bills which are approx C/Tax £44pm / Gas and electric approx £25 p/m in summer and approx £40/50 p/m winter / cleaner every 2 weeks £7 each / Wifi £4 p/m / chipping in on household stuff . . and general tidying and cleaning , i. e. doing your bit and not always just yr own stuff etc.
