My flat mate and I are the first to live in this lovely, newly furnished flat in West Hampstead, however sadly I'm moving on so I'm seeking a new flat mate to take over the cosy double bedroom (with double doors and a Juliet balcony)!

The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge, with the white marble floor and wooden floor separating the two. It comes with a dish washer, washing machine, fridge and freezer, lots of cupboard and storage space and a very nice squeaky clean Bosch oven / grill / hob! There's also double doors to a Juliet balcony which makes it open, spacious and light.

Ideal location with own drive and free parking space. It's located on a safe road with lovely neighbors. Situated in a prime area with excellent transport connections, just 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead underground, overground station and thameslink train station.

Central London is 5 stops on the tube (15 minutes) or alternatively 35 minutes on the bus (which stops just a 30 second walk from the flat). It's a 20 minute walk to the beautfiul Hampstead Heath, 10 minute drive from the infamous Primrose Hill and Camden. London Euston is a 10 minute drive also.

It's a perfect little spot for nearby boutique cafes, shops and sophisticated dinners and you're never too far away from a gorgeous view.

Ideally looking for someone young with similar interests - someone who's sociable (cooking, wine, friends etc) but who also is respectful of privacy.
