The room
Our lovely flat mate Sophie is moving to Switzerland. It's a small double room and measures 7. 5ftsq. It has a big window, carpet, roller blind and comes with one wardrobe (hanging space) and one storage wardrobe (shelves) – both optional. There is no bed. Plenty of storage around the flat.

The flat mates
Two girls in our 30s, from the UK and US. A university administrator and graphic designer. We are looking for someone friendly who is looking for a home and happy to share in all the responsibilities that come with it. We are clean and tidy, sharing the cleaning and paying of bills equally. Our flat isn't a party flat but we enjoy having friends/family over for dinner and occasionally overnight stops.

Costs
Rent - £675 pmth. Deposit £900. Annual tenancy renewal £75. Credit check fee £60. Annual tenancy deposit scheme £20.

Bills - pp pmth average: Council tax ~£37, Water/Gas/Electric ~£35, Internet ~£8. Total ~£80. We have a water meter and don't have a TV/TV Licence - but we're not against getting them - hence the low bills.
