I am leaving the flat after a solid 4 years and I need someone to take over my room.
The room is a small double bedroom that comes fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, rail and a bed side table. The flat is located on the 2nd floor in a period building. It got a large kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining table and a good sized bathroom with an over bath shower.
The flat is located just around the corner from Camden markets and only a few minutes walk to the tube station which is Chalk Farm. You will guranteed not find a cheaper flat for the standard and location. Currently living in the flat is a couple and 2 females. So gender does not matter as long as you are a happy and relaxed person.
