We have a small double bedroom available from 15th May in a lovely, newly decorated and fully furnished 2-bedroom flat in Camden. Apartment is on 2nd floor and benefits from open living space with wood floor, a lot of light and all kitchen appliances (dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer etc.).

We are renting out a small bedroom with double bed and double closet. Please note it is only available for single occupancy.

Apartment is located 10 minutes’ walk from both Camden market and Chalk farm station, 5 minutes from Kentish Town West overground and with great transport links to King’s cross St. Pancrass and central London. There is a bus stop with 24-hour bus a minute from the building, and several shops, cafes and restaurants very close by.

Rent for the room is £750pcm / £175pw, including all bills. We will require 1 month's deposit and 1st month's rent to be paid before moving in.

You will be sharing with a professional couple in their late 20’s/early 30’s. Ideally we are looking for a professional who works in London, or somebody who only stays in London Monday–Friday (in which case there will be reduction in rent).
