I live in between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park in a 3 bed maisonette. I have a spare room which I am looking to rent out Monday to Friday. Ideally I would like to live with a friendly professional who will keep the flat clean and tidy.
The flat has good transport links and is a 5-10min walk from Kentish Town, Gospel Oak and Tufnell Park tube stations. There are also buses right outside which go to Kings Cross and Oxford Circus. Parliament Hill/Hampstead Heath is only 5 minutes walk away.
The spare room is a double and the flat has a kitchen, living room, patio and 2 bathrooms. The rent includes all bills and a cleaner who comes once a week.
