We are looking for someone to take my room from the 1st of August.

The flat is located in Chalk Farm, a short walk to Primrose hill, Belize and Hampstead Heath as well as Camden. With good transport links into central lonond as well as the east end (via kentish town).

It's a large 2 bed flat split over two floors; has a living room with most comfy couch in the world and a dinning area (at the latest count I fit 12 people seated for dinner). The room is good-sized double with direct access to the garden (small and cosy but managed to fit 25 people in for the last bbq); the room comes with its own largish bathroom. The flat is shared with Sandra - a German girl working for a shoe company (discounts and samples may be available!)

Rent is GBP 1, 116 per month + bills.
