After 3 years, my current housemate is moving to NYC and I'm looking for someone new to share my beautiful, calm and spacious flat with.

The Room:
Large double bedroom- light, spacious, high ceilings, period features, large bay window with window seat, fireplace (decorative only) and good storage. The mattress is good quality and under a year old. The room will have a fresh lick of paint before you move in and the carpets will be professionally cleaned throughout the flat.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including unlimited fibre optic broadband and a weekly cleaner.
Off road parking space available.

The Property:
The flat is one of four in a beautiful and unique period house on a quiet, leafy street. I own the flat and live here too. I love my home so I take good care of it, keeping it clean, tidy and well-maintained but also think a home should be cosy and welcoming. The flat has its own character with high ceilings, huge windows and period features throughout. In addition to 2 double bedrooms there is a small office, bathroom, kitchen and a very large living/ dining room.

The Area:
Dartmouth Park is a peaceful residential area with some fantastic little food shops, cafes and some great local pubs. Hampstead Heath is a short walk away (5-10 mins), perfect for fresh air, long walks and a great weekly farmers market. I'm a Londoner born and bred and this is my favourite part of the city. It's very green and peaceful but only zone 2 and with great transport links into town. Tufnell Park tube (Northern line) is about 10 mins walk and Gospel Oak (Overground) is about 15 mins walk. It's also well served by bus routes.

Me:
I'm a 36 year old self-employed professional. A Londoner born and bred I love this city and all it has to offer. I also enjoy nature and time in green spaces and big skies and will often be found walking on nearby Hampstead Heath. I'm a friendly and considerate housemate. I like my own space but also enjoy catching up over a meal or glass of wine and maybe watching TV/ movie together. The atmosphere of the home is calm, welcoming and friendly rather than lively and party-friendly.
