Lovely double room in the heart of West Hampstead!

Hi, l have lovely double room for rent in West Hampstead. The room is very big, has IKEA furniture and double bed. We are located on quiet road(but at the same time very near high street). The area is very safe, we are near underground, overground, Thames link and buses. There is plenty of restaurants here, small coffee shops, Tesco, Sainsbury's ,Waitrose etc. You will share the property with me(and my small dog)We are busy with own life (but! still like to have a chat every now and than. Flat is clean, spacious has brand new fridge, Bosh washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. We also have small patio(good for the summer)There is plenty storage in the flat, and we have some cup boards outside so that's quite useful if you have a lot of goods. l am 26years old, professional, working as a web designer. non smoker but l am not fussy if you are smoking...l would like to share my place with somebody at my age(or a bit older)the most important you must be ok with my dog
