I am leaving my lovely room as me and my friend have found the perfect place so the room will be available from the 30th April (you can move in earlier) until the 8th of June, this will be taking over my contract, there can be further discussion to start your own contract with the landlord, this will start as 6 months and then roll over monthly.

The flat is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk to Finchley road where you will find all your amenities, Finchley road station (jubilee and Metropolitan line) and numerous bus links. If you walk for 15-20minutes you will get to Regents park, Prim rose hill, west hampstead and many other great places.

The room has a comfy double bed, a ceiling fan, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves. The kitchen is very clean and spacious with a dining table and chairs, there is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hover, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.

Bills work out at about £56 per month this includes Water, Electricity, Gas and Internet. Council tax is extra for professionals, it is band C so works out about £88 per month (this is with a reduction of 25% for having students in the property)
