Flatmate required ASAP for a modern clean flat

The property is a new build in south Kilburn/Maida Vale area, near paddington - more photos of the flat will be uploaded soon.

My current flatmate is moving out sometime in August, so I am looking for a new flatmate to take her place as I love the flat so much and do not want to leave myself; it has a lovely homely feel to it especially as it is split over two floors and is very is spacious.

In September I will be undertaking my final year of my law degree so even though I may be a student there will be no wild parties to worry about. That said I am a social person and do enjoy cooking a nice meal in the evening and sitting down in the living room with a glass of wine and watching some TV. I am also very clean, organised and thoughtful.

Ideally I would like a flatmate I could get on well with and call a friend, someone social who would be up for going to the pub. I would have no issue with guest/visitors, I want the flat to feel like a home where we can get on will with each other but still respect each others space and commitments. I would want my new flatmate to feel comfortable and to make the flat their home as much as I have.

The property is one year old- in an area undergoing regeneration. Property has ground floor access of the road, with a private gated garden dived into two sections. Two large bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared modern bathroom. Upstairs there is a large landing, kitchen and large living room. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat and air circulation fans. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom available to rent is a good size room with a kingsize bed, two bedside tables and matching chest of draws, large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, and large cupboard under the stars with an additional three clothes rails (plenty of storage).

The shared bathroom has fitted sink and toilet, with a separate bath and shower cubical, a radiator as well as underfloor heating, an oversize mirror and toilet hose.

Kitchen has a fridge-freezer, fitted cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, microwave, and kettle, juicer, and a slow-cooker.

Living room has floor to ceiling windows, laminated wooden floor with underfloor heating and two large rugs. There is a large six seater dinning table, two large sofas, coffee tables, a sofa bed (ideal for guests and extra seating), LCD TV with DVD player and apple TV with access to Netflix.

There is also a parking space under the building available if required. However the transport links are great!!

Kilburn Park tube station less than 5 minutes walk away and Maida Vale tube 10/15 minute walk away. Also not far from St Johns Wood or Queens Park (overground) Stations.
