Beautiful en suite room in friendly garden flat

We have a gorgeous large en suite available in this beautiful garden flat. We're looking for someone warm, friendly and considerate to come and join us in this lovely shared house from 1st September (move in date flexible:)).

About the flat:
The flat has three bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms (one en suite) and a huge living and dining area overlooking our beautiful leafy garden - perfect for barbecues and sunbathing in the summer. The flat has wooden floors throughout, exceptionally high ceilings and is fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space. We have a large fridge / freezer and electric oven.

We share one large half of the garden with the lady downstairs who takes care of it for us, so it is genuinely lovely all of the time.

The room:

It's a big, bright room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and double bed. The room has brand new huge double glazed south facing windows. We have a driveway so the house is set back from the street, and we are on a quiet road so traffic noise is limited. See pictures for more on the room.

BILLS are included in the listed price. On occasion (in winter) we may go over the designated amount of £100 per person so you may be asked to contribute a bit more, but this is never much if at all.

Please note that there will be an additional cost of 97£ to go on the contract + deposit protection scheme with the existing agency.

Transport:

The house is amazing for transport.

To drive we are close to the north circular and M1.
Tubes: we are close to Kilburn tube (5 mins walk) which gets you to Bond St in 10 mins, and we are about 10 mins from Queens Park tube for the Bakerloo line.

We also have The London Overground from Brondesbury park which can take you to Shoreditch and Clapham Junction. You can't get better really!
