I'm offering a double room in my two bedroom flat. Modern décor throughout and a recently refurbished living room with laminate flooring , fully fitted kitchen where you will have a fridge for sole use and the usual mod-cons.

Situated in a sought after location, in Z 1 but just out of the Congestion charge zone, off Edgware Rd. Excellent transport links with the convenience of two underground stations, one being 2 min. down the road (Bakerloo line) and the other 5 min.(Circle, District & Hammersmith & City lines). Numerous buses towards Oxford Street, Paddington, Victoria, Baker Street, West End, etc… (6, 7, 16, 32, 36, 98, 189, 332, 414 to name a few!). You can be almost anywhere in London within 30 minutes and if you travel abroad often Paddington & Marylebone Railway Stations are a mere 10 minute walk away & Victoria around 15 min bus ride. If you travel from Stansted or Luton, there's an excellent link by coach departing near Baker Street. The West End, Hyde Park or Regent's Park are around 15 minutes walk from home.

The room itself: a good sized double, with a super-king bed (bed linen is provided!) and plenty of storage: a free-standing double door wardrobe with hanging space and additional single with shelving; 2 bedside tables, big chest of drawers & work desk with drawers and chair.

The advertise rent is for single use please add £100 more per month (not week) for couples or friends sharing, but it is inclusive of bills & unlimited fast speed internet (excluding personal calls if using the landline). Short lets will are preferred at the moment (rent might be adjusted depending on length of stay)
