We are looking for a flatmate for our 3-bed, 3-bath 5th floor apartment. It's a modern flat with a large open-plan living area, and a balcony with views of the City. The room is a double and furnished, with its own bathroom.
The building has a 24hr concierge, and is 12 mins walk from London Bridge Station, 10mins from Borough, and 25mins walk to the City. There are also bus stops on both roads right outside. The square is just off Bermondsey street with its great restaurants, bars and independent shops.

The rent is £1200pcm including all bills (council tax, Sky, wi-fi, water, heating and electricity).

We are one english girl, one canadian couple, all professionals with busy social lives and normal interests (live music, travel, theatre and keeping fit) but tend to end up in the flat a couple of nights a week, cooking and watching fairly rubbish TV. It's a relaxed, friendly environment, quieter during the week and social at the weekend with friends always welcome. We have a lovely cleaner come in once a week so that is £40 extra every 2 weeks, the flat is always clean and nearly always tidy which we're keen to continue.
