Studio flat in award winning warehouse

We're offering a large furnished double room with private bathroom in our large amazing genuine warehouse apartment.

The room is large with a built in wardrobe. The bathroom is also a good size and has a bath and a fireplace. The bedroom and bathroom have been designed so they are completely separate from the rest of the flat so could be used as a separate studio flat if desired.

The flat has very recently been completely redesigned by London based award winning architects - it is also being featured in a number of architectural magazines and on TV. So while it is a bit of an expensive flat, it's pretty amazing and probably the best warehouses you'll find.

The flat is a genuine warehouse with underfloor heating, open fireplace, exposed brick and many unique features. It is designed in a clean minimal way with lots of attention to detail. If you're into architecture and design you'll love it!


The flat is directly opposite a park on a quiet street off Bermondsey Street - so super close to all the bars, restaurants, parks and of course Borough Markets. It's also less than 5 minutes walk to London Bridge train station and bus stops. So great if you work in the city (5 min bus ride or you can walk), Canary Wharf (3 tube stops), or want to get quickly to the West End.

You will be sharing with international couple (female journalist from Taiwan and male entrepreneur from Australia) who have lived in the UK for several years. We're both professional and don't do parties in the flat. So we're looking for a similar style flatmate who wants to live in a beautiful flat, in a great quiet location as a kind of retreat from their busy life outside.

We also have a dog - a whippet named Sharky. He is quiet and well behaved - well he's generally sleeping - and is not allowed on the furniture! He has very short hair and was chosen because he sleeps most of the time, doesn't leave hair everywhere and is great option if you have some pet allergies and still want a pet.

We also have a regular cleaner.
