Large double in spacious flat near London Bridge

Hi guys,

My lovely flat mate is moving back home to Germany following a year here so I need to fill her room.

The room is available to move in on the 27th Sep (possibly a little earlier). It's a beautiful split level flat on the 2nd/3rd floor. No one above. Very quiet, no roads directly outside. Large balcony overlooks communal gardens. The room has built in wardrobe and a king size bed with plenty of storage.

It's a 3 min walk to Bermondsey St and 10 min to London Bridge.

A bit about me - Work for a consultancy. I'm very easy going, cycle everywhere and in to my sports and fitness. Love Borough market, Bermondsey St and the surrounding area. Enjoy cooking nice food, strong coffee, chilling out on the sofa, Sunday papers and brunches. In fear of sounding old before my time, my partying days are mostly behind me. The occasional blow out yes but really looking to come back to a flat of serene tranquility!

About you.. Friendly, clean, tidy, sociable, chilled out. Wants 'a home' rather than just place to crash. Up for going out for the odd drink and bbq on the balcony. Just an all-round good egg.
