Spacious fully furnished large Double bedroom with it’s own access to a balcony to let in a two double bedroom flat share. It has queen size bed and lots of storage. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining/living room. Sharing the flat with only one female and a small dog.

I’m professional female in my thirties. I’m very quiet and tidy person. Not a clean freak, I just believe that clean & tidy place brings good energy to the home. I work long shifts and when I get home I appreciate a quiet time. No parties. On my days off I can be social and I’d like to have a drink/talk/a good laugh with my flatmate if they are up for it, but also I can be respectful of their space and privacy and I am totally comfortable to be on my own.

Don’t let the dog put you off. He is hypoallergenic, his hair doesn’t shed, very quiet, clean and very well house trained. I’m very conscious about a ‘dog smell’ and I keep the home smell free. The dog paws are cleaned after each walk.

This flat is my home and I would appreciate a quiet, tidy and respectful person, no smoker. Someone I can trust, who will love and care about this home same as I do. And hopefully & potentially we become friends.

The flat is located in a newly build secure block of flats, steps away from Maltby street market. The building is located 5 min. walk from Bermondsey Street (lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants); 10 min. walk from Tower Bridge and 10-15min walk from the Shard, London Bridge Station and Borough market . The City and Liverpool street are also a walking distance (approximately 30 min). There is underground secure bycycle storage. There is a very friendly care taker who looks after the building and accepts/signs for the delivery of the packets.

Room is available on full time basis £950pcm. All bills are included. Ideally, I’m looking for someone, a professional who is not working from home full time.
