I'm looking for someone to replace me in a great flat just off Tower Bridge Road in Bermondsey/Southwark. It's been recently refurbished with hardwood floors, gas central heating, a separate toilet and shower room and a fully fitted kitchen. It's ideal for a professional or student and all bills are included!

The room is very large with a double bed, a large 3-door wardrobe, a sofa and a desk.

The flat has three bedrooms (no living room) and is on the first floor of a modern building. It has a fully fitted kitchen, large fridge and washing machine, oven and all the needed appliances such as a kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, hubs and microwave. Internet WI-FI is also included. There is also a communal backyard with a clothes drying rack and lovely garden.

The location is wonderful with a park just across the street and there is definitely a community feel. The bars, pubs and restaurants of Bermondsey Street are just a short walk away and you have Tower Bridge Road as well. There is a massive Tesco and Argos about a 5-10 minute walk with smaller shops closer by.

The bus stop is right outside the front door with two busses which can take you direct to Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Covent Garden, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road (1, N1 which is 24 hours!) The 78 bus takes you to Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Aldgate, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch.

Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line) is a 10-15 minute walk away, Borough Station (Northern) and London Bridge (National Rail/Jubilee/Northern) are a 15-20 minute walk away and South Bermondsey Station (National Rail) and Surrey Quays (Overground) are a 20 minute walk away.

Now the rent! It includes all the bills including council tax, internet, water, electricity, gas and a even cleaning service for communal areas and kitchen.
