Professional couple (32y German & 33y Brazilian )is renting out a large furnished double bedroom with lots of lights in an exceptional and highly desirable development (located in West Greenwich) with bike storage.
Since we have an en-suite bathroom you will have the other bathroom all to yourself. Our flat has also a nice sun terrace and a large living room. Rent includes all bills (cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and also cleans your room, Internet, etc.)
24 hour Gym, 24 hour Tesco supermarket, Sainsbury local, Greenwich Royal Park, Deptford Bridge DLR station, Greenwich and Lewisham train station are all in Zone 2 within a 10 minute walk. On the DLR it only takes 10 minutes to Canary Wharf and 20 minutes to Bank. By train it takes 8 minutes to London Bridge and 10 minutes to Canon Street.
