The flat is located in quiet leafy, street in Blackheath/Lewisham at a very short 5 minute walk from Lewisham Station (Zone 2).

The room available is spacious and bright overlooking trees and rooftops. It's a spacious mezzanine area, above the living area. You would have exclusive use of the living area mornings before you go to work, and after 9pm or at a time we agree.

The mezzanine is furnished with a double futon bed with tatami mats, clothesrail, drawers, shelves, desk and chair, (more than appears in the picture!) you can choose what you want to keep in there (additions can be made too).

If you are interested in a Monday to Friday let then the price will be £690 inclusive.

For a full time rental, bills will be added to the rent in the main price shown. (wifi, council tax, water, gas, electricity).

The flat is a beautiful space on the second floor, which is top floor of a large Victorian house. Spacious semi- open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen which wooden floors, high ceiling and patio doors overlooking garden, which it has access to.

The flat is clean, fresh and eco-friendly.

The flat is very well connected at 4/5 minute walk to Lewisham Station, with regular fast trains into Central London (8-10 mins to London Bridge, 12-15 mins to Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Cannon Street. Also on DLR with direct links to city and east London)

A quiet, green and leafy road and area. A couple of minutes walk further up the road brings you to the green open space of Blackheath, and Greenwich Park a 5 minute walk across the Heath. Blackheath Village has many nice, cafes and restaurants is a 15 minute walk across the Heath. And Greenwich a similar walk through the park, with the riverside, its many places of interest, nice cafe's restaurants and bars.

Lewisham Centre is a small walk away with a daily market and Tesco Supermarket at the bottom of the road at about 3 minutes walk.

Swimming pool, gym and sauna 10 min walk away at Glass Mill leisure center.

I'm looking for someone who works full time away of the flat as I work from home in the living area during the day.

Your flatmates will be fairly quiet, but friendly and considerate. We both work hard so don't really party, and the house is generally a calm and restful place.
