Small double room to rent in Brockley.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a large cupboard.

The house also has a bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen with a lounge plus a small garden. There is also space to park a bike.

The house is about a five minute walk from Brockley station and all the local amenities including bars, pubs, coffee shops, Sainsbury's and the like. Also close to New Cross, too, so you gain all the advantages of being near there. Location, location, location, as Kirsty and Phil said.

You'll be living with Isaac, Matthew, and Adam; three guys in their mid-twenties who enjoy occasionally cooking together, going for drinks etc etc.
