Large double room to rent as bedsit, for Monday to Friday let; in modern 2 bedroom flat in converted warehouse. All utility bills are included except landline calls, WiFi available. Rent is dependent on number of days and payable in advance. A month deposit would be required.

Bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, arm chair etc plus phone and TV point. Bedding and bed linen can be supplied; own bedroom cleaning and laundry of own bed linen are lodger’s responsibility.

All mods cons, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Share use of and cleaning of kitchen and bathroom with one other professional person.

Buses & tubes - Zone 2 Bus stop outside flat will get you to London Bridge or Waterloo in 15 mins; to Elephant and Castle in 10 mins (Bakerloo and Northern line). Elephant and Castle is a hub for Buses taking you all over London.

On Foot 5 min walk to buses to West End and north London Short walk to centre of Camberwell with restaurants, coffee bars, Art galleries. 5 min walk to Camberwell Art College. 5 mins to Burgess Park and Brunswick park and free tennis courts. Free parking is available in side streets
