We have a double room (14sqm) to rent in our shared house in Peckham/Camberwell, available from 18th May.

The house itself is very close to Burgess Park and buses are close by on Walworth Road, Peckham road and Old Kent Road. Nearest train stations are a bus ride away: Elephant & Castle (10min), Peckham Rye (10min). It's a perfect location for cyclists as we're about 15-20 mins from City, Covent Garden & Victoria and we have a garage for storage.

It's a warm, bright modern build with plenty of shared and storage space; a spacious kitchen & dining area, large bright south facing living room, garage, loft and garden (with trampoline!). The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and a small desk.

We are 2 friends running our own businesses, one in IT and the other in Film/TV, looking for someone tidy and easy-going, preferably female who likes to socalise but not bring the party back home. Both keen cyclists & snowboarders who love to share a curry from time to time. Well into music & film so would love to find someone with similar interests; up for going out to gigs, down the pub or watching a movie (kick-ass home cinema and Netflix included), and be a part of the household rather than just a passing ship in the night!

Room is £620pcm with the split share of bills coming to around £150pcm (Council tax, electric, gas, water, phone, broadband, TV).
