Great Double Room for 2 months in Zone 1

Hi there,

I am going away traveling for 7 weeks and would like to rent out my room in the meantime – 23 December to 10 February (I’m flexible on the dates though if you needed it for longer or less).

The flat is in a perfect location (zone 1) for central London: easy walking distance to Elephant & Castle and Borough Underground Stations and buses to Westminster, Waterloo, London Bridge and Liverpool Street take only 10 minutes and leave from outside the front door.

The area is quiet and safe with lots of night buses and supermarkets: Lidl and off licenses around the corner, big Tesco and Asda about 5 minutes away.

The flat itself is very spacious, clean and quiet. You can enjoy your privacy or socialize with my lovely flatmates if you like.
There is an open plan kitchen / living room, two bathrooms, a spacious hallway (for your bike if you own one) and lots of storage.

The room is bright and has lots of storage with a double bunk bed, two chests of drawers, two wardrobes, three shelves (one will be filled with my books and DVDs from which you can borrow freely), desk and chairs.

The rent includes council tax, water and broadband wireless internet. Gas and electricity are paid separately into a meter system and come up to about £10pm.
